What is the Pseudo Store Return Policy?

All custom-made printed items from the Pseudo Store are FINAL SALE. Sorry, no returns/refunds. Penname Publications and its fulfillment company Printful will ship replacement items for any product that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, and for orders that are lost in transit.  Apparel exchanges for a different size/color must be pre-approved by Penname Publications, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Can I Request a Personalized/Custom Product Order?

Absolutely! PenName Protection is delighted to create custom-designed products! Do you want a T-shirt with a picture of a duck and the text 'You quack me up'? You got it! Are you trying to show your 100+ employees that you value every single one of them? How about a nice mug that says, "Thanks For Being YOU, Marcus/Sally/Devin/Catherine/Oliver/Elise!" (You can order as many unique varieties as you need!)

You must email PenName Protection to request a custom order (of any kind/size). If known, please provide as much detail as possible about what you want produced (including desired product, artwork/design, custom details, etc.). PenName will create unique artwork/designs or utilize your company logo/branding, if desired, for an additional charge. If applicable/agreed upon, Penname will create up to 3 (three) templates for your design from which you can choose as your end product and email you the final product links needed to place your order.

Can I Get a Discount for Bulk Orders from the Pseudo Store?

Yes, you can get a discount for bulk orders from the Pseudo Store! All orders containing 5 (five) or more of the same product (including different designs and personalized/customized orders) can receive up to 15% off each duplicate item.* Any order of $500 and over can receive up to 25% off the total order.**

Discounts are NOT automatically calculated at checkout. You must enter a specific discount code provided by PenName Protection to receive your bulk-order discount. Please contact Penname Publications to discuss your order and obtain your discount code.

*The first item for bulk orders must be paid for in full. Orders must contain 5 or more multiples of the same product type for items to qualify for the bulk-order discount (i.e. Mugs; Shirts; Hats; Posters). Applied discounts vary by product; minimum discount is 5%, maximum discount is 15%. Discount will be applied to every additional duplicate item after the initial item. (Buy One, Get 4 or More up to 15% off.)

**Purchases meeting or exceeding $500 are eligible for up to 25% off the total purchase price. Discounts may vary depending on the product type; the minimum discount is 10%, the maximum discount is 25%. One discount may be applied to each shipping category for every duplicate item purchased in a single order. (The first item for all duplicate items must be paid in full.)
